The HM-CW328 Resistance Wire Coil Winding Machine is designed for winding resistance wire into compact spiral coils. The machine operates by placing the original resistance wire rolls onto a shaft rack with a brake gear, guiding the wire to a precision rotating tool via a wire wheel, and coiling and compacting the wire around the mandrel with an adjustable-speed rotary device.

The HM-CW328 Resistance Wire Coil Winding Machine is available in three types: single-wire, double-wire, and three-wire versions, offering flexibility depending on production needs.

  • The inside diameter of the coil is determined by the external diameter of the core axle, which can be adjusted freely and controlled by a coder and electronic counter.
  • The machine uses an encoder to control wire length, and the length setting can be adjusted in the counter for precise control.
  • When the preset length is reached, the wire is automatically cut using displacement or an electromagnet.
  • A secondary counter records and controls the number of spiral coils produced.
  • The frequency converter is used to adjust the rotational speed of the core axle.
